Cut vinyl, no background. Only the fish remains once it's applied. The open areas inside the design show the surface underneath.

How to apply
- Clean the surface and let it dry completely. Apply in mild weather, out of hot direct sun.
- Rub firmly over the transfer tape, then slowly peel the backing away, making sure every fin stays on the tape.
- Position, then press down from the center outward with a card or squeegee.
- Slowly peel the transfer tape back at a sharp angle.
